Who we are
If you get in touch
When you email us, fill in a form, or talk to us at an event, we'll keep your name, email, organisation, and whatever you shared with us. We use this to do business with you or follow up on your enquiry.
If you sign up for emails
We use Mailchimp to send occasional updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We won't share your address with anyone else.
When you visit this site
We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how people use the site—which pages are popular, where visitors come from, that sort of thing. This data is aggregated and we don't use it to identify individuals.
We may also use LinkedIn tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on that platform.
Public information
For prospective clients, we sometimes look at public sources—your website, Companies House, the Charity Commission, LinkedIn—to understand your organisation better before we get in touch.

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We use them for analytics and advertising measurement.

Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf—Mailchimp for email, Google for analytics, LinkedIn for advertising. They act as data processors under contract and can't use your data for their own purposes.

Some of our service providers are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as our relationship is active. Client relationships in our industry can last a decade or more, so we'll hold onto your details until you ask us to delete them or they're clearly no longer relevant.
